A bit about our track family...

We are a Premier Track and Field Club located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Lights Out provides the very best sprints, hurdles, long distance running, throwing,
jumping, strength and conditioning indepth instruction in the Piedmont Triad Area....

 

Mission Statement:

Lights Out Track and Field Club is a youth-based track organization that serves girls and boys from ages 5 to 18. Our mission is to provide our athletes an opportunity to reach their highest potential by developing both their athletic ability and character through coaching and mentoring. We strive to promote high self-esteem, personal accountability, self-discipline and physical fitness within our boys and girls as we help them to set and maintain high goals both on and off the track.

 

Vision Priorities:

  • Develop and shape character by encouraging sports participation

  • Provide a safe and positive practice setting for our athletes.

  • Promote physical fitness and nutrition education to help develop a healthy adult lifestyle.

  • Promote public service through involvement in supporting local community programs.

  • Promote academic excellence with scholarships to our graduating seniors.

 

Practice Information:

  • Indoor conditioning practices on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
    • Griffith Elementary School Gym, 1385 W. Clemmonsville Rd. Winston Salem

 

  • 2019 Outdoor Season begins March 11th.
    • Practices on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm
    • Practice at Parkland High School track- 1600 Brewer Rd. Winston Salem.
