Elder Debra Jeter is the Senior Associate Pastor at Mount Moriah Outreach Center in Kernersville, NC under the direction of Bishop Todd L. Fulton. There she assists in day to day church operations, acts as Advisor to the Music Department, is a Bread of Life Food Bank Board Member and is responsible for overseeing two Elders and two Ministers of the Gospel.

Elder Jeter is a true Child of God and a student of the Word. She labored 2 years at Vintage Bible College honing her craft. She graduated from Carolina Christian College Summa Cum Laude with an Associate’s Degree in Christian Counseling. In her 30 years of Christian service she has served on various Choirs, served as Choir Director, Choir President, Sunday School Superintendent, Sunday School Teacher, Bible School Teacher, Minister, Evangelist, Pastor’s Aide President, Trustee, Church Van Driver and Coordinator. She is an active member of the Minister’s Conference of Winston-Salem Vicinity where she has served as Media Relations Coordinator, Faith Health Liaison and most recently as Parliamentarian.

Elder Jeter first acknowledged her call to Ministry in 1994 while a member at Pleasant Union Primitive Baptist Church. However, the sanctioning body did not ordain female ministers. Refusing to disobey the call of the Holy Spirit she left the Primitive Baptist denomination to pursue the call on her life. On December 12, 2004 Elder Jeter preached her initial sermon “I See Your Tree, But, I Don’t Recognize Your Fruit”.

She is retired from Hanesbrands Inc where she was employed for over 22 years.
Elder Jeter is the proud mother of Monique and Deshawn Ingram. Her favorite scripture is: Psalm 118:17 “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD” which is her legacy.
