I am a retired executive Director of
the Weatherization Program with the Department of Energy.
Reginald was also the Director of the Piedmont Service Corps.
He has served as Program Director for the past 27 years and with
the workforce development department for 28 years. In this
capacity he was able to grow this fledging “project” in to a
full-service program serving young men and women of the
Reginald is very active in his
community serving as local and state president of his
fraternity, Phi Beta Sigma. He has been active in several
organizations, including Boy Scouts of America, Forsyth Court
Volunteers, Southeast Winston Rescue Squad and Habitat for
Humanity. He currently sits on the board of several
organizations.
Music has always been a big part of
his life. In his youth, Reginald was a part of several
church and community choirs, mostly notably the William Raines
Senior High School Chorale, a group recognized for its vocal
accomplishments across the South. During college he
was a member of the Winston Salem State University Choir,
Scholar Cantorum, and University Singers. He is an l985
graduate of
He is the Pastor of Music and fine
Arts and Elder of Greater Church in Winston-Salem. He is
responsible for overseeing a music ministry of 7 Choirs and
Praise teams Dance Ministry and Drama Ministry.
He is a successful businessman as
President and CEO of Maximum Enterprise Inc., a business
consulting, promotion and entertainment company in the Triad
Area and the founder of the Triad Minority Business Expo. Owner

He is a very active member of the
Local Chamber of Commerce where he serves and Director of
Governmental of Affairs. His motto is: “Our Business is
