Pastor Robert J. Tillman...

Robert J. Tillman is a native of Thomasville, NC. Called out and set aside from his mother's womb, it is evident through his ability of delivering God's word that the hand of the Lord is upon his life. In January 1997, he answered the call of God to preach the gospel at the Friendship Baptist Church under the tutelage of Pastor Haywood N. Goode where God super-naturally demonstrated through him the proof of His delivering power by the preached word.

This Godly ambassador is not your ordinary preacher. He is a man of great faith and remarkable integrity. It is apparent that God has anointed him to preach the gospel to the poor, heal the brokenhearted, and preach deliverance to the captives. As a result of his gifts and callings, he has been favored in many avenues of ministry. He exemplifies the true meaning of God's servant. Humbly, he served as interim-pastor of Oak Grove Baptist Church of High Point, NC from 2002 - 2003. Divinely focused on the plan of God, he re-established the ministry and led God's people to new levels of spiritual freedom. God super-naturally added to the church in members and in spiritual growth. In September 2004, he accepted an assignment of spiritual urgency to rebuild the ministry at Living Water Baptist Church, High Point, NC. This was intended to be a temporary mission that unfolded to be a call for pastoral-ship from the members of the Living Water Baptist Church which he served faithfully until February 2007. In January 2009, Pastor Tillman yielded to the plan to cultivate Kingdom Life Christian Center, in Archdale, NC. Kingdom Life was the second ministry plant at the hand of Kingdom Impact Ministries. Pastor Tillman and the people of Kingdom Life held weekly bible studies in the area with a primary focus on helping to was to help enhance lives to advance God's Kingdom. Fulfilling his commitment to God's ministry and walking in a divine path, Pastor Tillman is still transforming lives and advancing the Kingdom.

In January 2010, God began to bring Pastor Tillman's ministry full circle by ordering his foot steps back to his first love, Oak Grove Baptist Church in High Point, NC where he now serves as the senior pastor. By empowering, equipping, motivating, and acting as a life-coach he hopes to push the people to their ultimate destiny through spiritual commitment and personal involvement in the body of Christ. Pastor Tillman is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He is also a covenant pastor of Kingdom Impact Ministries where he has submitted his ministry to the Apostolic leadership and covering of Bishop Derek D. Kelly, Senior Pastor of New Faith Full Gospel Fellowship Center, Lexington, NC.

He is married to the illustrious Elder Likesha Morgan Tillman, the love of his life and the "wind beneath his wings". He is the proud father of one daughter, Miss Morgan Destiny Tillman. He is the eldest of two children and a firm believer in family values. Pastor Tillman is a cum laude graduate of High Point University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Adult Education at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. A servant of God, a lover of praise & worship, and determined for God to receive the glory from his life he Pastor Tillman boldly asserts, "he's a praiser by nature and a worshipper by experience".
